Step 2 : On the product page, select your preferred delivery date, time slot, quantity, size, number of candles, and finally include a heartfelt message along with your name as sign off. Click "ADD TO CART" and you will then proceed to the cart page.
Step 3 : On the cart page, provide all vital shipping information such as delivery address, recipient’s contact, and your email address. **All receipts / invoices will only be sent to your email address.
Step 4 : Complete your purchase by selecting payment by "CREDIT CARD"and pay.
Step 5 : Kick back and relax whilst we get your freshly baked cake delivered to your doorstep.

Of course! You may place an order from our website anytime before 3pm daily and we'll have it delivered to your doorstep in 4 hours.
Amendments of Order Details
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Change of delivery address is permissible 4 hours from your pre-selected time slot. Any request of changes to delivery addresses less than 4 hours from your pre-selected time slot will not be able to be processed.
Can I change my delivery date / time slot after placing an order?
Change of delivery date is only permissible for future dates and time slots. Amendments to the delivery date / time slot are not allowed if your expected delivery time slot is less than 24 hours from your request and the order will proceed to be delivered based on your initial date and time slot selected.
Can I change the type of cake after placing an order?
Unfortunately, amendments to the type of cake are not permissible after placing your order.
Can I put in special requests to customize the cake decorations?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accomodate to customization requests and what you see on our website is what you will get delivered to your doorstep.
What are the cut-off times for each time slot?
The cut-off times for each time slot is shown below. After each cut-off time is passed, you can only select the other remaining available time slots.
- 9am - 12pm - Order cut - off 8.59am
- 12pm - 3pm - Order cut - off 11.59am
- 3pm - 6pm - Order cut - off 2.59pm
Can I have more candles?
Candles are provided for free if you have requested for it while placing your order. You will be able to request for up to 9 candles on the website, however if you need more, please do not hesitate to request for more at the “special delivery instructions” remarks. We can only accommodate up to 15 candles maximum per cake delivery (Subject to availability).
Can the message be written on the cakes?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to write any message on cakes unless if you see (Message on cake / cake board) column in the product page.
Delivery
Where does Buy Cake Today deliver to?
We currently only serve KLANG VALLEY exclusively but will expand to other states throughout Malaysia in due time. Stay tuned!
Does Buy Cake Today charge a delivery fee?
Delivery fee is being calculated based on baker's location to the delivery location. It starts from RM20 up to max RM50 per item.
Should delivery be attempted to the specified shipping address and no one happens to be present at the time of delivery nor respond to the calls or messages, an additional fee of RM80 will be charged for re-delivery.
When should I expect my cake to arrive?
All deliveries will be meticulously planned based on the time slot you have pre-selected when you placed your order. The time slots are -
- 9am - 12pm
- 12pm - 3pm
- 3pm - 6pm
Kindly note that as we strive to deliver your order to you, there will be factors that could affect delivery timing such as traffic, weather, scheduled road closures, etc. Having said that, we are determined to deliver your cake within the stipulated time slot selected by you.

How do I know if my cake is delivered?
Once the cake is successfully delivered by our delivery agent, you will receive an email notifying you that the cake has been successfully delivered.
What will happen if suddenly the recipient is not available to receive the cake?
In this instance, the best thing to do is to get in touch with our customer service team in regards to the situation you are facing and work with us to reschedule a redelivery on a later date / time slot.
Likewise, if the recipient is unresponsive to calls from our delivery agent and customer service team, the cake will be brought back to our fulfillment center for storage until a next date / time slot for redelivery could be determined and agreed upon.
Buy Cake Today will not be able to guarantee freshness of the cake after extensive transit durations.
Can I cancel my order?
We are apologize that all success order made are not allow to cancel & there is no refund for any cancellation.
What happens if the cake I ordered is out of stock, discontinued, or damaged in transit?
In instances like this, our customer service team will get in touch with you to find a suitable solution / replacement / substitution based on the price and flavour of your pre-selected cake.
However, in the case that none of our cakes strikes your fancy we will issue you a full refund to your account wallet in our website.
Please be aware that refunds will typically take a minimum of 3 - 7 working days to be processed.
Will Buy Cake Today delivery agents include the purchase receipt upon delivery?
No, we will not include any form of receipts / invoice to recipients.
However, if you would require an invoice you may make a request with our customer service team.

Can I have my cake to be delivered on a specific time?
We are sorry that we cannot promise a specific delivery time. However, all our deliveries will be delivered on the time slot that is available.
How can I check my delivery status?
As of now, we do not have a tracking system for our customer yet. Rest assured that we will deliver your orders within the time slot you’ve chosen and we will keep monitor until you receive your item.
Can I have a picture once delivered?
You may request for a proof of delivery upon ordering at the “NOTE” remarks but there will be no promises given because all the delivery will be done by our 3rd party delivery agent.

What are the sizes of your cakes?
Our cakes are usually between 6” - 9” in diameter with various heights. Some cakes also come in square or rectangle shapes.
All dimensions and weights are represented on individual product pages, kindly refer to obtain more information.
Can I include writings on the cakes?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate this request at this point to keep our operations as smooth as butter. However once we do provide this option, we will let you know through our email marketing channel.
Is your cake Halal?
All our bakers use local or imported Halal certified ingredients to bake. Some of our vendors are also in the process of obtaining necessary Halal and ISO certifications.
How do I know if the cakes are free from allergens?
Most of our cakes are baked in an environment that is exposed to common allergens such as dairy, nuts, eggs, wheat, etc. Please take precautionary measures to ensure that your recipient is not allergic to the allergens mentioned above before placing an order.
I received my cake but it looks slightly different from the picture displayed on the website
The photos on our website are purely for illustration purposes only. Most cakes are baked / handmade in a non-industrial scale hence there will be slight differences from time to time in regards to the decoration and finishing.
Our bakers will also substitute toppings in the case where the original topping is unavailable. Don't worry, if substitutions do happen it will be equal of value or even higher in value.

When will the sold out items be available?
Our sold out items typically take 1 week or less to restock under the current circumstances.
