4.1. From time to time, we do receive very pressing orders that have to be fulfilled and yours was the chosen one. During then, we may check in with you through WhatsApp beyond business hours to find out if the order can be fulfilled.

5.3. Should scenarios illustrate in number 5.1. and 5.2. occur twice within a 3-months period, the third time onward Buy Cake Today will strictly penalty RM50.00 per orders or the product will be removed from the site.

6.1. It takes a team to coordinate the deliveries. Should there be a pressing need to change the scheduled pick up times:

6.1.1. At least 4-hours’ notice, no less.

6.2. The deliverers do their very best to be at service to ensure your wholesome creations are lovingly and promptly delivered. Please ensure that text messages, doorbells and calls are answered slightly before the scheduled pick-up time.

6.3. During the course of delivery (from pick-up to destination), should there be damages the first time

6.3.1. Buy Cake Today will bear the cost. This is conditional to the cake or product packaging. We very strongly advise that cake boxes used must be of a fitting size and is of food-grade quality and for hygienic reasons, the box should be kept closed at all times.

6.3.2. Buy Cake Today strives hard to keep instances of damaged cakes at bay. Yet, patterns are a telling sign. If a similar cake is damaged during its delivery journey for the second time around, the item will be removed from the site to assess how this can be curbed from further occurrence, an example easy to melt, slides around the base, cake breaks apart easily, etc.

7.1. You will want to keep your finger on the pulse of the following matters. Should Buy Cake Today receive feedback from customers or deliverers on any of the following five items about a bakeshop or premises or its cakes or products, Buy Cake Today may suspend the item or the bakeshop to review how we can move to pass these:

7.1.1. Non-edible items found in the cake (insects, hair and the likes of it)

7.1.2. Cake lacks freshness

7.1.3. Quality concerns

7.1.4. Cleanliness of premises and food handling

7.1.5. Missed orders

8.1.This policy means partners in-store or website price of the products offered on the BuyCakeToday.com must be consistently identical to the price offered by partners in their in-store or website products list.
